Disclosure to Third Parties
At
times Rasunsoft may make certain personal information available to
strategic partners that work with Rasunsoft to provide Smart IT, Printer Store, Fix it IT products and Skrill One, MyMe services, or that help Rasunsoft market to customers. For
example, when you purchase your product, you authorize Rasunsoft and its
carrier to exchange the information you provide during the activation
process to carry out service. If you are approved for service, your
account will be governed by Rasunsoft and its carrier’s respective
privacy policies. Personal information will only be shared by Rasunsoft
to provide or improve and rebuild our products, services and
advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their
marketing purposes.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty
Valid After Realizing the full payment. Warranty period as mentioned
against each item. Warrant period less than 1 month per year. Original
invoice must be produced for warranty claims and serial numbers of items
must be intact with each item. Warranty covered in this sale is for
carry in service only. This sale does not cover onsite service. A
periods of 15 to 30 days will be required for any replacement/repair for
defective items. However every effort will be made to replace/repair
with a shortest possible item. Warranty covered in this sale is for
manufacture defects only. Manufacturer’s warranty also does not cover
for printed units print cartridges (ink & tonner), power adaptors.
Damages
or defects due to other causes such as negligence, misuse, improper
operation power fluctuation, lightening or other natural disaster,
sabotage or accident & etc are not included under this warranty.
Repair or replacements necessitated by such causes not covered by the
warranty are subject to charges for labor, time and material. Goods once
sold are not returnable under any circumstances. Warranty Replacement
would be provided with available technology if identical replacement not
available or credit not will be issued for the value of the item with
deduction for the usage. All cheques to be drawn in Favor of "Rasunsoft Lab" and you are liable to pay 2.99USD (550.00 LKR) if the cheque
drawn for this invoice is dishonored.
